This patient is a 42 year old female who was interested in facial rejuventation. I performed a subcutaneous browlift which involves two modest incisions along the hairline above each brow with dissection continuing underneath the skin but above the forehead muscle. This technique minimizes the risk of nerve injury and reduces the invasiveness of surgery. *Please note I also used botox to eliminate the horizontal forehead creases once the brow was stabilized with surgery and Restylane to smooth out the patients marionette lines (creases that run from her nose to the corners of her mouth).
