This patient is a 28 year old female who was interested in a rhinoplasty (surgery of the nose). She had previously had a rhinoplasty with another surgeon as a teenager, but had subsequently rebroken her nose. The rhioplasty I performed included exposure and refinement of the tip, a gentle shaving of the dorsal hump, and cartilage grafting to smooth the nose.
