45 year old male presented with a chief complaint of an uneven smile, his upper front teeth overlap and a lower front tooth sticking out in front of all the other teeth. He also complained of difficulty keeping his teeth clean due to the heavy crowding. Invisalign treatment was completed in just over one year.
