65 years old with volume loss as the primary cause of the signs of aging. Treatment was with Sculptra. The injections were entirely subcutaneously except for the lower eyelids which were sub-orbicularis muscle. The post injection photo is at one year. Seven ml of saline was used as the diluent. She had 8 ml injected in each of two sessions.
