Your arm lift procedure does look a little better near your at the upper part, but certainly not adequate. I have no idea what kind of arm lift was done to you, but my approach would be to perform a liposuction with Renuvion. The Renuvion may need to be circumferential. It is an internal radio-frequency probe that heats to 85 C. degrees, shrinking skin.
The liposuction, of course, removes excess fat, and and the Renuvion tightens the remaining skin.

Unfortunately, this is not uncommon. The solution really requires an examination to see if the surrounding area needs liposuction to make it a more level area or whether you need a filler for the depression, or even a combination of the two.

You do not have festoons. Judging from your photo, you may have a very slight bulge of the central and lateral fat pockets. To eliminate the excess fat you can have surgery to excised the fat, but my recommendation would be the VirtueRF Exact (radiofrequency) needle to melt the fat if it needs removal. From looking at your photos, you do have fat that hangs off the lower edge of your arms. I am assuming that a liposuction was not done with the Renuvion. The procedure I would have performed would be a liposuction with a circumferential Renuvion to tighten the skin around your entire arm. It does not appear that this was done. Remember that 25% of the skin tightening occurs at the operating table, and the remaining 75% takes from 6 to 9 months to tighten.

Local anesthesia for liposuction is called tumescent anesthesia, and it should be very effective. The mixture of local anesthesia must be correct, and every plastic surgeon has access to the formula. I would not recommend a rhinoplasty with an infection anywhere, particularly in the face. An infection in a rhinoplasty can be very serious. You should see your surgeon before hand or consult a plastic surgeon who is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery. In the meantime, you should have a full course of antibiotics to eliminate your gum infection entirely.

Judging from your photos and your comments, a simple liposuction with the Renuvion could solve thee problem of the extra skin between your arm and chest.

For the best results, I suggest a liposuction of your arm with the Renuvion as well. This would remove excess fat from your arm and tighten the skin as well giving you a much more youthful looking arm. There are minimal scaring--most virtually invisible, and recovery is minimal.

Thank you for your questions and photos. Judging from your photos, you have good skin with little sun damage plus a little fat. I would treat this with a small amount of liposuction followed immediately with the Renuvion. The Renuvion will tighten the skin following the liposuction. Scars are very inconspicuous and are the same scars used for the liposuction.

Thank you for your photos and question. Your arms would best be treated with a combination of liposuction and Renuvion. The former would remove the excess fat, and the Renuvion would tighten the skin. This procedure could be done under local anesthesia if desired, and the recovery time is minimal, except you would need compression sleeves for a few weeks. This would be considered minimal surgery.
