A complete closed rhinoplasty that allows for elevation and rotation of the nasal tip. A spreader graft was place on the right side to improve her breathing. Her nasal tip is asymmetric and was corrected this is most evident in the base view.
A columellar strut was used to support her nasal tip. This has the additional benefit of making her upper lip look longer. It is an optical illusion, but effective in improving the appearance.
Notice the rotation of the nasal tip. There is a supra tip break and an infra tip break offsetting the tip. Her upper lip appears longer because the tip no longer shadows it..
Improving the projection and rotation of the nasal tip makes the overall appearance softer and more beautiful.
