This patient came in complaining of short and worn teeth, a result of years of tooth grinding (bruxism) at night. We did diagnostic models and bonding to correct the bite as well as making sure that the patient was comfortable with the new "length" and not develop any TMJ issue. Once the patient had no symptoms, we prepared the teeth for porcelain bonded-to-metal crowns since we needed the maximize the strength of the crowns for longevity. The final crowns were stable for many, many years.
