Adding liposuction to the abdominaoplasty would improve and optimize the result, but this combination of procedures may increase your risk of a complication such as delayed healing especially in the incision areas. Your surgeon will review your options so that you can make the best decision.

The wound appears to have been shaved and not excised. The resulting wound will slowly heal over a number of weeks...hopefully sooner than later. Be mindful that the healing process takes time and the resulting scar should be greatly improved when compared to the present appearance. Your physician should guide you through this process. A revision of the scar is always an option if you believe the result is not ideal. Remember that the healing and scar maturation can take several months.

Remember that any increase in volume of the breast will cause an increase in the breast settling to a lower position on the chest. The 'double bubble' deformity occurs at the lower pole of the breast when the implant shows below the lower border of the breast tissue. The solution is to revise the implant position by raising it so that it is at or above the lower breast tissue fold. Good luck!!

It's almost impossible to "direct" where your weight would be gained. Establishing a healthy eating plan as well as exercising, ie with weights, will help to enhance your chest by increasing muscle mass, but will not increase your breast size tremendously, if much at all. Breast augmentation surgery is the only way to permanently enhance your breast size.
