Patient had considerable wear on his teeth to the point that previous dentist had told him he doesn't need a crown when he had broken the tooth since"there wans't room to polace it". He had begun having symptoms of TMJ and other teeth had been worn down tremendously. Treatment was completed will such success he wished he had begun years before!
