This patient presented with a hopeless front tooth that had turned dark through the years and broke. The tooth was extracted and an implant placed in at the same visit. A temporary crown was made which helped to preserve the tissue architecture. 90 days later a porcelain crown was placed with a tooth colored custom abutment.
