Hi there! That is a great question. The maximum amount of fat that can safely be removed with liposuction in one session is between six to eight pounds (three to four liters).
So to answer your question, yes, if guidelines are followed, this is safe.

For liposuction, various small incisions are made along the front and back of your trunk. These are not large in size and tend to not be noticeable.

Thanks for your question. At 19 years old, I would not recommend either procedure. Your body may still be going through changes. Regardless of age though, it is a general rule of thumb to wait to get a tummy tuck until after you are done having children, because that will just undo your results and it will ultimately be wasted money.

Breast implants provide reliable and predictable results. Fat grafting can have complications, but so can breast implants.
