This 47 year-old woman underwent outpatient SMAS facelift/necklift, and submental (beneath chin) direct excision fat by Dr. Tholen in an outpatient procedure that took about 3 hours, an hour in the recovery room, and then transfer home. All sutures were removed by day 10, and she was socially active by 2 weeks after surgery. After photo 3 months post-op.
