Doctors
Dr Bonett completed his training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the combined Rush University Medical Center/Stroger Cook County Hospital program in Chicago, Illinois. The Rush University Hospital System is ranked #1 in Quality of Patient Care in the nation by Vizient and the #2 Top Hospital in Illinois/Chicago by US News and World Report.
While in Chicago, Dr. Bonett trained with numerous leaders in the field including academic faculty from Rush, University of Chicago, and University of Illinois-Chicago. There he served as the Administrative Chief Fellow for nearly two years while helping institute the new integrated residency program and developing their academic curriculum. During that time he was presented with multiple awards for academic excellence and resident teaching. In addition to the time he spent training, he remained committed to education with multiple scholarly publications and regularly taught suturing workshops to colleagues in other specialties.
Dr. Bonett grew up in central Florida, receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Florida, followed by a Master’s Degree in Medical Sciences from the University of South Florida where he finished top of his class. He was then honored to be accepted into the second class at the new University of Central Florida College of Medicine in Lake Nona, FL in 2010.
After medical school, Dr. Bonett moved to South Carolina and completed residency in General Surgery at Greenville Health System, now known as Prisma Health. During his third year he was nominated and selected as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. As chief resident, he received the Resident Academic Achievement Award which is given to the top resident of the program. In 2020, he received his Board Certification in General Surgery and is now Board Eligible in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Walsh is originally from the Boston area and graduated from medical school at Boston University. He completed general surgery training at the University of Colorado and was then selected to participate in the prestigious plastic surgery training program at Duke University. While at Duke, he won multiple research awards from the North Carolina Society of Plastic Surgery, and the Rhinoplasty Society. Upon completion of training, Dr. Walsh was recruited to serve as faculty at Emory University, one of the preeminent academic plastic surgery programs in the United States. He served as associate program director and was invited faculty for multiple national lectures and courses. He has authored numerous articles and book chapters and has had grant support to investigate wound healing and scarring. Prior to leaving Emory, he received special “Doctors’ Day” recognition for his compassion and patient care. His commitment to training future plastic surgeons culminated with the honor of being awarded “Teacher of the Year”. In addition to his contributions to patient care and resident education, he has also served as an invited reviewer and has provided expert commentaries for multiple surgical journals, including the highly regarded Aesthetic Surgery Journal.
Along with his wife and two young daughters, he is excited to be relocating to the Naples area. Dr. Walsh looks forward to providing meticulous care and is grateful to have the privilege to help make a meaningful change in patients’ lives.

Worst case scenario? nipples are a bit low after the procedure and you can do a lift later, possibly under local anesthetic even.
Hope this helps, good luck!

You’d need a surgical revision to tighten the pocket and release the muscle more. Possibly fat grafting too.
I’d discuss this issue with your plastic surgeon.
Hope this helps, good luck!

If you’re looking for a DD, you likely don’t need a lift.

One “workaround” in your circumstance would be to use oversized implants, possibly a classic dual plane. But understand that this will leave you with large, low positioned breasts. Also they’d likely be much larger than you like.
Plastic surgery is often a trade-off between scars and shape/form.
Hope this helps, good luck.

I’d agreed that smaller implants would help. You also would need a release of the lower portion of your pocket, or even potentially a breast lift.
Be sur...
