At his Chicagoland practice, Dr. Paresi and his staff provide a safe and private setting for patients who wish to undergo the latest nonsurgical and surgical procedures. Their on-site medspa offers a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, and skin rejuvenation treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and PRP facials.

After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in biology from the State University of New York at Geneseo, he went on to attend the University of Rochester, where he received his master’s degree in public health. He then obtained his medical degree at St. George’s University School of Medicine. This was followed by a five-year general surgery residency at New Jersey’s Monmouth Medical Center and a plastic surgery fellowship at the Rush University Medical Center.

Dr. Paresi completed his medical training at Lenox Hill Hospital/Manhattan Eye, Ear, Throat Hospital in New York City, where he underwent specialized cosmetic surgery training under the tutelage of many respected surgeons in the field.

Dr. Paresi is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has authored many peer-reviewed articles, presented at medical conferences throughout the country, and belongs to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the American College of Surgeons.

Aside from helping patients at his practice, Dr. Paresi has traveled to Guatemala on medical missions to perform surgery on children with birth defects, congenital deformities, and burns.
