I would say all the procedures that you've noted could be applied. I would consider an Open Tip Rhinoplasty in order to refine the tip and give more definition, a small Chin Implant would give your more projection too and Buccal Fat Removal would also be great way to emphasise your high cheek bones.

I would say that overall your nose looks very nice, you don't have many sharp angles – perhaps just the front tip – this is potentially why I would suggest that a Tip Refinement surgery would be a great way to get a more of a softer look which would also be able to lift the tip slightly up.

It would be better if I could see a picture of your nose from the profile view to make the best decision, however, I would perform an Open Tip Septorhinoplasty and most likely I would use a Tip Graft.

In my opinion, there are no non-surgical options for correcting the slope of your eyelid. There are operations that reposition the lateral campus which is the corner of the eye and this is performed with various techniques... Some of them are called Canthopexy or Canthoplasty, however, because the photo you have shown me is very narrow, I cannot see the rest of your face to decide which one would be appropriate for you.

My advice would be to consider a laser treatment that resurfaces the skin, or Ameela (a polynucleotide injectable treatment to target puffiness and dark shadowing). Surgically-wise, a Blepharoplasty with Micrografing would also help.
