Our patient decided it was time for what she felt would be a more pleasing shape for her nose. Witha closed Rhinoplasty, Dr. Lepore removed the noticeable hump, elevated the drooping tip, recontouring the height and shape. A natural result, which fits her features. More subtle changes in narrowing and definition will be revealed when swelling subsides in the weeks to come. (Mar 22, 2023)
