This patient wanted a subtle touch-up for her eyes. She was bothered by a loosening of the skin above and below her eyes. Her upper lids, she felt, were looking heavier and beginning to droop. She also noted looseness in her lower lids. Dr. Lepore performed upper and lower lid Blepharoplasty, carefully shaping and tailoring her lids, to maintain a firm, open appearance.
