Your second photo does seem to have some characteristics consistent with tuberous breasts; i.e., narrow breast base and high inframammary fold with short inframammary fold to nipple distance. The limitation is the amount of available fat you may have for transfer, but most patients your size have been pleased with the results. One of the best ways to determine what sized implants would suit a patient best, is to have the patient try on the implants in a bra. This will not only give you a good idea as to how the breast will look, but also, will let you know how heavy the implants may feel. Although, breast augmentation with fat transfer is a possibility, given that you are thin, the amount of fat that could be transferred would be limited. Yes, in the majority of cases, Botox can be successfully used to achieve brow symmetry. Once you have been examined, your doctor will be able to determine how much Botox will be required to achieve the better symmetry. It may take one or two rounds of injections to determine the best dosage in your particular case. The injection results will last about 3 months and will need to be repeated to maintain the affect.
