Doctors
His practice, Cosmetic Surgery Associates, is a highly sought-after facility for patients in the Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. areas. He also served in the United States Armed Forces and was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal for the outstanding work he performed during Desert Storm as Burn Unit Director of William Beaumont Army Medical Center.

After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Dr. Magge went on to complete his general surgery training at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, and his plastic surgery residence at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/ Montefiore Medical Center. He was also fellowship trained in Craniofacial and Pediatric Plastic Surgery at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C.
An acclaimed and revered surgeon in his field, Dr. Magge has had his work published in numerous medical journals and presented at various lectures and conferences throughout the country. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Previously, he held the position of Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery for Northeast Ohio Medical University.
When he is not helping his patients in Maryland, he volunteers his time and skills during international medical missions to children in need of surgery for cleft plates and other facial deformities.

Dr. Jabs completed his early education at the University of Southern California before receiving his doctorate in immunology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He went on to obtain his medical degree at Rush Medical College in Chicago, which was followed by general surgery training at St. Vincent’s Hospital in New York City and plastic surgery training at Columbia University. He served in the U.S. Army at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, where he was a major in the Department of Plastic Surgery during Desert Storm. He has been in private practice since 1989.
His humanitarian work includes medical missions to Haiti and Guatemala, performing reconstructive plastic surgery on children who have facial deformities such as burns, cleft lips, and cleft palates.
Dr. Jabs is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, as well as the Southeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Jabs is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Staff
She has completed extensive training in the use of cosmetic injectables, lasers, and many other cosmetic enhancement procedures. Cissy has been working as an Aesthetic Nurse with several of Washington’s top surgeons and doctors in the plastic surgery and cosmetic dermatology fields since 2014. Her combination of artistic talent and advanced injectable training has given her a unique eye for correcting facial asymmetry and enhancing one’s natural beauty through fillers, neurotoxins, and cosmetic procedures. Cissy is known for her skillful use of injectables and fillers leaving a refreshed, natural, and youthful look.
Joanne is a people person. Her enthusiasm is infectious. As a patient care coordinator, she enjoys interacting with people and ensuring that they get personalized, attentive care.
Outside of work, she likes to travel but mostly enjoys spending time with her family. Joanne is a huge football fan. She also loves to cheer on her Syracuse Men’s Basketball team.
