Patient was not happy with her crooked teeth. She was constantly getting food stuck in between and did not like to smile. We leveled and aligned all of her teeth with Invisalign, creating tooth edge and gum level symmetry, and we were also able to create a broader smile by pushing the back teeth out towards her lips/cheeks.
